As we enter the holiday season and our first calendar year draws to a close, there are plenty of opportunities here at HSTC for connecting, celebrating, and giving.
NOVEMBER 2025
As the cool air sweeps through Hobe Sound, we mark our six month anniversary!
OCTOBER 2025
Despite almost daily cancelations due to rain, September was an active month. It is encouraging to see our energetic and optimistic members make the most of every dry moment on the court! We are especially grateful to our maintenance crew who have been working hard to ensure that the courts are in good condition even after heavy rainfall.

JULY 2025
🎉 Summer Highlights at Hobe Sound Tennis Center! 🎾🏓
It’s hard to believe it’s only been two months since we opened our doors - and what a fantastic start it’s been!
MAY 2025
We are open! 10 tennis courts and 6 pickelball courts are open and ready for play. Stay tuned for construction updates on the clubhouse.
APRIL 2025
Construction is complete. Waiting on Martin County approvals. Opening date will be announced soon.

Construction is ongoing. Pickleball courts are nearly completed. Once the dust settles from the tennis court construction, lines and nets will go up. Surfacing on the tennis courts has started.
OCTOBER 2024
Construction on the Pickleball courts has begun. First layer of paving has been poured. Tennis courts have been staked. Utility work is ongoing.

SEPTEMBER 2024
The project is moving forward slowly; the right turn lane on US 1 is complete; the core infrastructure is being completed; then comes the parking lot, then the lighting, then the courts….permits are all pending and we try to accomplish something every day! We hope to begin operating in early 2025. In the beginning we will have courts, a temporary office and bathroom trailer. That will probably be the case for at least a year while we proceed with building the clubhouse. We wanted to get the courts going first! With a little luck and lots more hard work, perhaps we will be able to organize community teams in the spring, to begin in the fall of 2025.
We are now accepting tax deductible donations for the Hobe Sound Tennis Academy.
AUGUST 2024
Construction is under way for the Hobe Sound Tennis Center and Hobe Sound Tennis Academy!
We broke ground and started clearing the land in October 2023. We anticipate the courts to be ready for play in early January 2025. Initially on opening we will be offering 10 clay tennis courts and 6 pickleball courts. Two of the tennis courts and all six pickleball courts will be lit. An office and restrooms will also be available.
Construction on the clubhouse will soon follow and it is planned to open in 2026. The clubhouse will feature:

Pro shop
Phase 3 of the project will include adding a swimming pool and soccer field.
